Cleaning and Care of your Washable bamboo charcoal Heavy Flow days / Overnight Protection Menstrual Pads

1. After use, separate the panty liner from the underwear.
2. Soak in cold water. If desired, to help prevent staining, use the pre-soak function on your washing machine, or soak in cold water in a covered container.
3. Change soaking water daily.
4. Machine wash cold using a natural detergent and tumble dry on low or line dry.
5. You may hand wash pads if preferred.
6. Remove pads from dryer promptly and store flat to eliminate wrinkling.
7. Use cool iron if desired

DO NOT USE HOT WATER as this fixes blood.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Store your pads in a clean, dry place until next use.
